HACCP Training
All HACCP courses offered by FSF Inc are approved and recognized by the International HACCP Alliance. The HACCP courses offered are:
a) Introductory HACCP Course – 2 days
This is a 2 day training course designed to review the philosophy and principles of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System and to discuss how to implement HACCP in food plants. The training curriculum is based on the requirements by the International HACCP Alliance. The HACCP training program is consistent with the intent and scope of the CFIA, USDA, and FSIS Pathogen Reduction HACCP regulation.
b) Executive HACCP Course – 1/2 day
Developed for senior management; this half-day course is designed to discuss the philosophy and principles of HACCP, the importance and value of HACCP to the food industry and the responsibility of senior management to HACCP.
c) Advanced HACCP Course Verification and Validation – 2 days
Developed for food safety representatives; this 2-days course is designed to differentiate between verification and validation activities for prerequisite programs, CCPs, and components of HACCP system verification. The course combines lecture and workshop activities.
Prerequisite
The attendees are required to have previous HACCP Training (i.e. Introductory HACCP Course) or demonstrate sufficient HACCP working experience

SQF Training
SQF training is designed to overview the principles of SQF and complement our consulting services. SQF training is required for management and employees to understand the development and implementation process. The SQF courses offered are:
a) SQF Implementation Training – 2 days
This 2 day course; is designed for food safety representatives, management and employees in general to review the principles of SQF, its implementation and maintenance.
We will briefly review the applicable elements and modules, how to comply with SQF code.
b) SQF Internal Auditor Training – 2 days
This 2-day course; is designed to teach the basis and fundamentals of SQF Internal Auditing. Employees responsible for conducting internal audit should take this course to meet the SQF Code requirements.
We will review the main clauses of the SQF code in a lecture and workshop approach to facilitate the understanding of the internal audit principles.
