Training and education are fundamentals to the effective implementation of a food safety management system. FSF Inc. delivers food safety courses to enhance our consulting services and reinforce the implementation process of the food safety management system. The courses offered by FSF Inc are aligned to our consulting services.

HACCP Training

All HACCP courses offered by FSF Inc are approved and recognized by the International HACCP Alliance. The HACCP courses offered are:

a) Introductory HACCP Course – 2 days

This is a 2 day training course designed to review the philosophy and principles of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System and to discuss how to implement HACCP in food plants. The training curriculum is based on the requirements by the International HACCP Alliance. The HACCP training program is consistent with the intent and scope of the CFIA, USDA, and FSIS Pathogen Reduction HACCP regulation.

b) Executive HACCP Course – 1/2 day

Developed for senior management; this half-day course is designed to discuss the philosophy and principles of HACCP, the importance and value of HACCP to the food industry and the responsibility of senior management to HACCP.

c) Advanced HACCP Course Verification and Validation – 2 days

Developed for food safety representatives; this 2-days course is designed to differentiate between verification and validation activities for prerequisite programs, CCPs, and components of HACCP system verification. The course combines lecture and workshop activities.

Prerequisite

The attendees are required to have previous HACCP Training (i.e. Introductory HACCP Course) or demonstrate sufficient HACCP working experience
